Mandy Greyvenstein

..... the Owner of Beautyworx Medispa trained as a Beauty Therapist in 1997. Currently working as a therapist at Beautyworx, offering clients a wide variety of services. She and her team regulary undergo intense training to ensure their standards are maintained and they have a service that caters and meets the expectations of clients.

Mandy is particularly passionate about tailoring specialised facial treatment that delivers results for her clients.....

Liana Levien

Liana, trained in Cosmetic Services at Weltec and Beautician at Wellington School of Beauty Therapy in 2007. She perfoms all beauty treatments including waxing, facials, make up, massage (relaxation, deep tissue and hotstone massage) to the highest standards . Liana's committed to her clients and says: "I love what I do and have a high passion for Beauty Therapy." She is a very bright, energetic therapist and always ensure that her clients are best cared for.

Sarah Johnston

.....O.P.I qualified Nail Technician, with over 6 years experience. Sarah prides herself in her high standard of work and is commited to deliver her clients with great advice on nail services and product. Sarah has also undergone training in Nimue Retail Products along with Eyelash & Eyebrow Tinting and spray tanning.

Amalia Maherendis

.... our part time Massage Therapist, qualified with over 10 years experience, Amalia is trained to provide clients with advice how to best care for their posture. Ensuring you feel like you have had a massage, your muscles relaxed, increased circulation, lymphs drained and toxins removed. She makes you feel healthy again!

Referral Programme

Our greatest source of new clients is by referral from our excisting clients.

We understand that it is not because we reward referrals but because people really want to share their experience with their friends.

When you recommend a friend to come to Beautyworx for the first time we reward you both. Your friend receives a $10 voucher to spend on any treatment and you receive a $10 voucher and Bonus stamp on your loyalty card getting you to your reward quicker.

Your Medispa Experience

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment. This allows you time to check in, enjoy a cup of herbal tea, fill out or update your personal profile and relax. Please ensure that you arrive on time so that we can provide your complete treatment and avoid inconvenience to other clients.

Late arrivals

As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.

Time of treatments

Treatment time stated is indicative only; some treatment times may vary depending on client, treatment and therapist. Facial treatments will include a consultation with your therapist as well as homecare recommendations to continue your experience and results at home.

Respect for other guests

Beautyworx Medi Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the right to peace and privacy for other guests. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum and mobile phones are switched off, as there are treatments in progress and we want all our clients to relax and enjoy their treatments.

Do I need to book?

Yes. We always recommend booking in advance, to secure your preferred date, time and therapist, especially late nights and weekends. The booking deposit for all treatments two hours & over is 20% of the treatment value. To secure your booking, we require credit card details at the time of your booking unless you are redeeming a gift voucher.

Can I change my appointment?

Yes, please give us 24 hour noitce otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.

Will I be charged if I cancel my appointment?

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your appointment. A 24 hour notice is appreciated by us and our other clients. Therapists are allocated for your treatments and in high demand for appointments. To avoid a full charge we would appreciate 24 hours notice, our answerphone is operating 24 hours a day for booking and rescheduling. We have a cancellation list if you are waiting for an appointment. Less than 12 hours notice will incur a 50% fee charge. A “no show” for a scheduled appointment will be charged at full price or deducted off the gift voucher value. We'll be able to rebook you at no extra cost, subject to space availability.
